     We were able to interact with learned resource persons from R&D organizations and institutions of national repute such a NRSC. Each topic was dealt by the persons who are authority in the field. I think we could get these benefits because of strategic location of the Academic Staff College.

 I have come to attend the course to fulfill my promotion requirements and was not very encouraged by my colleagues to attend the program.  Today I feel I could have missed a good opportunity if I have dropped it .I have also learnt how humor can be used as a strategy to improve student attention.
